City Councilor Andrea Campbell is sponsoring a hearing at City Hall to discuss creation of a traffic enforcement division of BPD and to explore the pros and cons of traffic cameras. Although the BCU does not focus on enforcement, it is an important tool in the Vision Zero toolkit.
