SUMMARY:Elm-Beacon Connector Thank You Mini-Ride
DESCRIPTION:We’re so excited to have new separated bike lanes on Elm Street\, providing safer rides and pedestrian crossings from Davis Square to Porter Square and Beacon Street! To celebrate\, join us for a mini group ride in Lou Ann David Park on Saturday\, November 14th. We’ll ride the new connection to Beacon Street\, and then finish at Cafe Rustica! \nCome connect with your neighbors\, eat together\, and send your thanks to the city. Volunteers can also help you get connected with local groups! \nThis event is co-hosted by Boston Café Bikers\, the Boston Cyclists Union\, Cambridge Bicycle Safety\, the Davis Square Neighborhood Council\, the Porter Square Neighbors Association\, and the Somerville Alliance for Safe Streets. \nCan’t make it?  You can still send a “thank you” to CityCouncil@SomervilleMA.gov & Transportation@SomervilleMA.gov!
