SUMMARY:South Mass Ave. Safety Improvement Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Cambridge has committed to swiftly implementing changes to the southern portion of Mass Ave.\, from Memorial Drive to Sidney Street\, to increase safety and accessibility for pedestrians\, cyclists and busses. These “quick build” fixes — which include protected bike lanes — would result in a low-stress\, fully connected bike network all the way from the Mass Ave bridge into Central Square. Please join us at this hearing to show the city there is widespread\, enthusiastic support for these changes\, and to provide your feedback so the city has many perspectives to consider as they proceed with this project.
