DESCRIPTION:As part of Cambridge’s five-year complete streets plan\, Huron Ave. between Concord Ave. and Raymond St. is slated for a sidewalk and street rebuild. The Department of Public Works and the Community Development Department will present preliminary plans at this hearing\, including traffic calming measures and safety improvements. Ask the city to include a protected bike lane on Huron from Concord to Garden St. — as is laid out in the city’s own Bike Plan — as part of those improvements. More info here.
